Can I get any type of jacket custom made? What details do I need to provide?
Yes, you can get literally any type of jacket custom made from us. You can share any picture or design for reference and write the description of your jacket in the Custom Order Form.

None of the given sizes seems to fit me perfectly; can I have a custom fit?
Yes, of course. You can select “I want to order a custom size” from select a size drop down at the product age and place your order. You can leave your sizing details in the coment section on the check out page Or Once you’ve placed the order please send over your body measurements at firstname.lastname@example.org. Body measurements include Chest Size, Waist Size, Height, and Weight.
How long would it take for a jacket to be received at my place?
We usually ship orders within 7 business days. However, it can take up to 14 business days for your item to be shipped. We ship through Express deliveries including DHL, FedEx etc. After Shipping, it usually takes 3 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.
Does Free Shipping applies to all countries?
Yes, Free Shipping applies to all countries where we ship. This includes all countries except from Russia, Brazil, Isreal and OFAC and Sanctioned Countries.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – Please allow until this date for your order to arrive.
Some of our delivery timeframes have been temporarily changed – please double check your Order Confirmation email for your estimated delivery date.
You can always check your order status. To check this, all you need to do is go to the Track-order Page and Enter your Order Id & Email to check the actual state of your order.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:

- The faulty item’s name and number
- A description of the fault
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can
Why was my payment declined? What should I do?
Your payment may have been declined due to any of the following reasons:
Incorrect billing address and phone number:
Make sure that the billing address listed in your account matches that associated with your payment method.
Credit card limit reached:
Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try decreasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit.
Credit / Debit Card Number:
Make sure that the credit card or debit card number is correct and up-to-date.
Credit / Debit Card Expiration date:
Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, update your credit card or debit card information.
PayPal account out of funds:
Make sure funds are available in your PayPal account if Paypal is listed as your payment method.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Jackets Maker has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Can I make a change after I've placed my order?
Changes may be made after an order is submitted but within one business day. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes after one business day to an order once it has been placed.
